One row of signal contacts (LF3A), (straight and 90° PCB, straight and 90° SMT, crimp). From 2 to 25 ways. Fixing by latch, (standard "L", friction "FL" or SMT "LS"). Low profile: 7.6mm max. in card to card connection. Can replace McMurdo Micronector and Harwin Datamate L-Tek single row products. These ranges are comparable in fit, form and function.

The NICOMATIC CMM 220 Interconnect system is a 2mm pitch connector with proven high reliability under the most extreme environmental conditions. Two rows of signal contacts (LF). Known for its reliability and security (screw fixing: a large range of options). Adapted to lowest possible environments, (low profile: 7.4mm in board to board max).Backpotting option for more flexibility of use. Large range of low frequency contacts from 2 to 60 ways (straight and 90° PCB, straight and 90° SMT, crimp). Can replace McMurdo 220 and Harwin Datamate J-Tek products. Nicomatic CMM 220 Mixed
The NICOMATIC CMM220 Interconnect system is a 2mm pitch connector with proven high reliability under the most extreme environmental conditions. Two rows of LF contacts and HP or HF. Mixed configuration between signal contacts and up to 15 HP (high power) or HF (high frequency). HF up to 6 GHz, HP up to 20A max.Connectors with with Series 30 special contacts can replace McMurdo Micronector M220 and Harwin Datamate Mix-Tek products. These ranges are comparable in fit, form and function.

Nicomatic Crimpflex 1.27mm
The Nicomatic CrimpFlex® connector family, with its contact spacing of 1.27mm, fully complies with the electronic packaging requirements of today and the future. The system offers a range of industry compatible board and flat cable connectors, enabling a variety of cable-to-board interconnections. The Nicomatic 1.27mm CrimpFlex® contact concept offers the same advantages offered by the 2.54mm CrimpFlex® Connectors with strong mechanical strength and superior contact resistance. This is achieved by piercing the conductor at 6 points, 4 for electrical continuity and 2 for mechanical strength. Assembly machines mass terminate the contacts up to 50 or 60 at a time with contacts crimped flat on the circuits allowing for easier handling and performance. Contacts slide easily into housings. Crimp contacts in male solder tab and female style either in tin or gold plating. Housings in standard or latching styles single row up to 50 positions, double row to 100 positions.
Nicomatic DMM
The new DMM series is a robust, compact and shock resistant connector registered under trademark MICRO-D-MIX. It is available in an all LF or mixed-layout configuration, with high frequency and/or high power contacts: possible arrangements of up to 120 contacts in 1 and 4 rows of contacts. DMM connectors offer a high pin density (2mm pitch for signal contacts), as well as hybrid contacts (low frequency, high frequency, high power), which contribute to equipment miniaturization. Compared to Micro-D connectors they offer a higher density, a lower profile and a much lighter solution.Their compact design is ideal for miniature and portable devices or equipment used in the field, as well as on-board electronics, rack and panel. For example the right angle (V type) connector offers the most compact solution seen on the market. The connectors are designed and tested to withstand extreme conditions and comply with MIL-DTL-83513G (Micro-D standard). The qualification tests are passed with the EIA procedure.
Nicomatic Microflex
This new "two in one technology" ensures a high mechanical link and electrical continuity between 2mm pitch CMM micro-connectors and flat conductor Crimpflex technology. One of the major advantages is a small 2mm pitch that allows the reduction of space, but there is also a lower weight feature that enables the replacement of discrete wires and bulky cables still very present in avionics equipment. Nicomatic is able to reduce up to 30% weight through a solution that is thinner and lighter than a traditional cable. Available in single or double row up to 60 contacts and with latching or stainless fixing hardware ensuring secure connection under high vibration environments.
Nicomatic OMM
The OMM micro circular connector allows a high density of contacts in a minimum space and is available today in 6, 8 and 10 position housing sizes with either pre-wired, SMT or straight tail signal terminations. With a total mated length of 7,8mm in PCB to PCB (12,6mm in PCB to wire) and an outer diameter of 11mm, these connectors withstand temperature variations from -60 to +260 degrees Celsius, have gold-plated contacts (3A up to 5A) hooked in NICOMATIC housing to make them capable of up to 2,500 mating cycles. The solution is based on the same level of reliability as the CMM series micro connectors under MIL-DTL-55302F.
